What is Sarvadhi and what do you build?
Sarvadhi is an AI-driven, industry-specific operational software company building platforms for businesses across jewellery, diamond, education, distribution, and immigration. The company offers five productised platforms (GemitiX, DiamntX, EduX, DistriX, ImmiX) and custom operational software for industries outside those five. Every solution carries the workflow logic, compliance requirements, and domain SOPs of its specific industry. Founded in 2014, Sarvadhi has delivered 550+ projects for 500+ businesses. The same engineering team builds and supports every platform it ships.
Are you a product company or a services company?
Sarvadhi operates as both, deliberately. Five productised platforms (GemitiX, DiamntX, EduX, DistriX, ImmiX) form the core product business. Custom operational software serves industries whose workflows fall outside those five. Both tracks follow the same Discover, Build, Run process and are built by the same in-house engineering team. There is no separation between the people who scope, build, and support. One team handles everything from the first conversation through go-live and beyond.
What are Sarvadhi's five products?
GemitiX is a jewellery ERP covering karigar job tracking, BIS hallmarking, and D2C and B2B commerce. DiamntX is a diamond trading platform with memo management, Rapaport pricing integration, and KP compliance. EduX manages academics, admissions, and campus operations for educational institutions. DistriX manages multi-tier dealer networks and distribution management operations. ImmiX handles immigration consultancy operations including visa case management and IELTS coaching workflows. Each product is built from the data model up for its specific industry.
Which industries does Sarvadhi build software for?
Sarvadhi builds industry-specific software for jewellery manufacturing, diamond trading, textile production, education and campus management, distribution and dealership networks, and immigration consultancy. Each industry receives a platform built around its specific workflow logic and compliance rules. The five named products cover jewellery (GemitiX), diamond (DiamntX), education (EduX), distribution (DistriX), and immigration (ImmiX). Textile and manufacturing businesses are served through the industry-native ERP and industry-aware CRM solution lines. Custom builds cover any industry outside these.
What are Sarvadhi's solutions and how do they differ from the products?
Sarvadhi's six solutions are industry-native ERP, industry-aware CRM, India-first HRMS, operational e-commerce, agentic AI engineering, and custom operational software. Solutions are the categories of what Sarvadhi builds. Products are where those solutions have crystallised into purpose-built platforms for specific industries. A business in one of the five served industries typically starts with a product. A business needing a standalone solution like HRMS, AI-driven automation, or D2C commerce engages through the relevant solution line independently.
Can I migrate from Tally, Zoho, or Excel?
Yes. Migration is a standard part of every Sarvadhi onboarding. The engineering team handles data extraction from Tally, Zoho, Salesforce, legacy ERP systems, and Excel-based operations. Field mapping, data cleaning, and validated import are all included. A sample migration is completed during the Discover phase before contract sign-off, so the client sees exactly how historical data transfers before committing. No advance data preparation is required. Everything is queryable from go-live day one on the new platform.
What if my industry isn't on your list?
That is exactly what Sarvadhi's custom operational software track is for. If the business runs workflows a productised platform cannot model, Sarvadhi maps those workflows during the Discover phase and builds accordingly. The same engineering team, the same Discover, Build, Run methodology, and the same quality standards apply. No industry is too specific to serve. Most of Sarvadhi's productised platforms, including GemitiX and DiamntX, started as custom builds for a single client before being productised for the wider market.
What support do I get after go-live?
Post go-live support comes from the same engineers who built the platform. There is no handoff to a separate support team or offshore queue. Response times are documented in the contract before signing. Named priority support is available for clients on annual plans. Every response comes from an engineer with direct knowledge of that specific deployment.
How long does implementation take?
Productised solutions go live in 30 to 45 days. Custom operational software builds take 60 to 90 days depending on scope. The two-week Discover phase at the start is what makes the build accurate, because the engineering team maps every workflow before writing a line of code. Weekly review sessions throughout the build mean the client sees working software regularly rather than only at delivery. All timelines are fixed at the start of every engagement with no scope drift.
How do I get started?
Book a 30-minute call with the team. The first session is a working conversation covering how the business currently operates, where the existing system falls short, and what a better operational outcome looks like. There is no sales deck and no generic demo. A written recommendation with a clear scope and timeline follows within the same week. The person who takes the first call is part of the team that builds and supports the platform.
