Automation of AdminDragon’s Special Education System using Laravel and MySQL solutions

One of our most prestigious client, AdminDragon
(https://www.admindragon.com/), is a special education management company offering their unique solutions through Dragon Special Education Software. At the time of approaching us, they were struggling with the existing manual system causing tedious operational tasks and repetitive actions, ending up in loss of time and money. This paved the way to our special education automation case study as below.
The user interface of the software had some confusion, and the learning curve was also high for some users. Other challenges for ease of use were as limited customization, lack of integration, difficult adaptation, and limited accessibility etc.
Over multiple interactions with AdminDragon, our team understood that the next major thing to address in the project is the need for cloud-based access. The major advantages for AdminDragon going on cloud were accessibility, scalability, significant cost savings, automatic updates, and better collaboration etc.
Functional discord was a major challenge for AdminDragon’s existing system, and the solution was to have an all-in-one system in place. This would have helped to streamline the workflow, save cost, centralize data, enhance security, better collaboration among team members, and easy maintenance of the platform.
After identifying the root cause as an unstructured process, our team put for the proposal of an MVP immediately by incorporating all needed basic features. We made sure that the two weeks of MVP with laravel automation for special education was ideal to reduce the manual work and it was approved to continue into the development phase. Our MVP trial for AdminDragon was able to deliver the expectations, and thus the next phase of feature enhancement was started.
At the next phase of system enhancement, Sarvadhi started with Core PHP as the main development tech-stack with mysql automation for special education. Later on, converted it into the latest framework version of Laravel to serve a better user experience along with performance and security. Sarvadhi developed a comprehensive solution with dynamic adaptation of new features.
The new solution helped to accommodate more agencies with much ease as adaptation became easier with customized specifications in various use cases. From the humble beginning of one agency with 50+ students adopting the solution, AdminDragon is now managing 80+ agencies covering 14,000+ teachers and 32,000+ students on their platform.
